HOW DOES IT WORK?

• WITHIN ONE DAY
  When you order at a working day before 12.00 o'clock we will
  give your order to the deliverer the same day and you get your
  order the next day (Only in The Netherlands, excl. sun- and
  Holidays).
  There is a possibility that the deliverer takes a longer delivery
  time than one day. However, in 98% of the cases the order will 
  be delivered the next day. This applies to each product, unless 
  otherwise indicated on the website.
  Please note that we won't deliver orders with chocolate on warm
  days, because of the deterioration of the quality. Your order will
  be sent as soon as the temperature declines again. 

• YOUR OWN SELECTED DELIVERY DATE
  When you have selected a delivery date for yourself we
  will give your order to the deliverer one day beforehand.
  When you have selected a sunday or a Holiday as delivery
  date the delivery date will be on the first working day after
  the Holiday(s). (98% guarantee).

• FREE GIFTCARD
  A card printed with your own personal text, will be packed
  with your order (1 card per order)

• PAYING POSSIBILITIES
  Ideal, Mastercard or Visa

• TRACEABILITY WITH POSTNL
  After delivery of your package to POSTNL, you will receive an
  e-mail with a traceability code so you can track your order.

• CAREFULLY PACKED
  We will pack and ship your order with a lot of care

• INVOICE
  You will receive your invoice by e-mail to your e-mail address
